1. What are the different indicators on the charts and how do I interpret them?

A:  EducatedTrading.com utilizes a few different indicators in our analysis. The illustrated chart below will specify what the different indicators are used for, as well as a full description and the respective colors for each technical study.

2. Do you offer a free trial?

A: Yes, we offer a two-week free trial for monthly subscriptions only. Once the trial period has past, you will be automatically billed $59.95 every month on a reoccurring basis on the date in which you started the free trial.  There is no free trial available for quarterly subscriptions.

 

3. Do you have historical Weekly Reports available?

A: Yes…It is important to us to be able to provide our users with a complete history of everything that we have done. The Weekly Report Archive is only accessible through the Members section. You must be a registered user to gain access to this area of our services. The Weekly Report archive is also available to prospective members who are in their free trial period.

 

4. How do I know when to buy or sell?

A: Because we are a research firm, we do not provide buy and sell signals. Our weekly commentary is written to provide points of interest regarding the patterns that we list. In many cases, we will note possible price targets but this is no way an indication of whether you should buy or sell a particular security.

 

5. Can I have the EducatedTrading.com Weekly Report emailed to me?

A: At this time we do not email the EducatedTrading.com Weekly Reports. All stocks are listed on the website only.

 

6. Why are there gaps in the historical database of EducatedTrading.com Weekly Reports?

A: Once a quarter, the editors of EducatedTrading.com take a vacation. This equates to four Weekly Reports per calendar year that will not be included in your subscription. No adjustment to the cost of the subscription will be made for these weeks of hiatus. When we are approaching a hiatus week, we will make mention of the event on the Members Content Page. During this time, subscribers are encouraged to make use of the historical database to locate patterns that are still in the development phase.

 

7. How do I make the most out of my EducatedTrading.com subscription?

A: We highly recommend that you have some sort of real time data provider. This is a key resource that will allow you to keep track of a particular stock(s) throughout the day. It is also crucial to have a broker where potential trades can be placed. Please see our Partners Page for a list of possible broker and data feed solutions.

 

8. When are the EducatedTrading.com Weekly Reports published?

A: The EducatedTrading.com Weekly Report is published once weekly. The updated Weekly Report is available Sunday evening by 8:00 PM EST.

 

9. How many charts are published in an EducatedTrading.com Weekly Report?

A: Many experienced traders know what a majority of their profits come from a relatively small amount of their trades. These traders know that quality is more important that quantity. In a typical week, we list anywhere from 10-14 trading patterns but  it may fluctuate based on the current market conditions. There isn't a set number of patterns that will be listed on a weekly basis.

 

10. What are the different types of patterns that are listed on the EducatedTrading Weekly Report?

A: There are several types of patterns we list on a regular basis. Each of these patterns has a potential outcome. We highly recommend that you take some time to visit the Chart Pattern Analysis section to learn more about the structure of these patterns and how to interpret them.

 

11. How do I cancel my subscription to EducatedTrading.com?

A: Many companies try to hide the cancellation process from their clients in the hope of frustrating them to the point where they basically give up trying to cancel. We feel that this is a poor way to do business. While we don't want to see you cancel your subscription to EducatedTrading.com, we don't want you spending your time looking for an area of our site that should be easily located.

 

To cancel your subscription, please click here to email the Customer Support Department with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line. Please include your EducatedTrading.com Username.

 

12. What happens if I forget my password to EducatedTrading.com?

A: If you happen to forget your password to EducatedTrading.com, then we can have it automatically emailed to you. By entering your EducatedTrading.com username and clicking the "Send Password" box on the log-in screen, you will receive your password via email within a few minutes. It is imperative that you use a valid email address when you register with EducatedTrading.com. If you use an email address that doesn't exist, then we won't be able to send the password. For all other username and password issues, please email the EducatedTrading.com Administrator.

 

     

 

 

13. Can I pay for the EducatedTrading.com Weekly Report by check?

 

A: Absolutely. We strive to provide you with as many payment options as possible. If you are interested in paying by check, please see our Payment Options page for mailing and disclosure information. Please note that fax and mail subscriptions are available for Quarterly subscribers only.

 

14. How soon will I be able to access my subscription after I register?

 

A: Immediately. As soon as you have completed the payment and registration process, you will have full access to the Members Section of EducatedTrading.com. If you are paying by check or fax registration, you will have access within 24 hours of receiving your signed Terms of Service agreement and payment.
